Along with many other friends and artists, I mourn the death and celebrate the life of David Cole. He was an artist of extraordinary power and productivity who also gave generous time to corresponding and collaborating with dozens of people. Over a 20-year period, he sent me over 80 items in the mail.

This cyber quilt was made by scanning and then combining postcards sent to me by David Cole between about 1982 and 1997.
